As an executive coach and consultant, Jean's approach is results oriented. However, she also asserts that a combined emphasis on producing results and personal development provides the synergy to accomplish both with greater success. In most cases the best outcomes are achieved when individuals and/or teams not only work from their strengths but also embrace change and growth in areas that are challenging. Through her integrated focus on results, strengths, change and the individual, Jean's clients are able to recognize and capitalize on their individuality to attain higher levels of performance.

A graduate of Queens University in Charlotte, NC, Jean earned her Master and Ph.D. degrees in Psychology from the University of Houston, TX and obtained her license from the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. She earned her certification in business and executive coaching at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and is a trained Tilt360 coach and preferred provider. In addition to her professional focus, Jean maintains a deep commitment to development of community services and nonprofit resources. She has provided leadership to organizations such as the United Way of the Midlands and the American Heart Association by serving on the boards of both agencies and establishing and leading major fundraisers. She particularly values her 10-year service as a parent leader at the Hyde Schools, a pioneer in secondary education focused on character development based in Bath, ME.
